I arrive early, set up quietly and sound-check while the room is being turned around.
Announced the way you want it — full spotlight or low key — and mixed so the floor fills straight after.
Your must-plays and do-not-plays lead the set. I read the room from there rather than running a fixed list.
Finished on the track you chose, then a tidy pack-down without disturbing your send-off.

Set-up is finished and checked before the room fills. Music is already playing as people find their tables.
Background music at conversation level, changing pace gently between courses rather than staying on one loop.
Microphone tested in advance, handed over cleanly, and any song, video or sound cue played on your signal.
The gap where a lot of weddings lose momentum. Music keeps running while the venue resets the floor.
Announced properly, then straight into the party — no awkward pause after the song ends.

Ceremony music cued to your processional, signing and recessional, with a discreet speech mic so vows and readings carry to the back row.
A second speaker set moved to wherever guests gather, so drinks reception music follows the room while photographs run over.
Levels set for conversation over dinner, handheld and lapel mics tested with your speakers, and cake cut on cue with your co-ordinator.
Rig already built and soundchecked during the day, so the first dance starts on time and the evening set runs off your must-play list.
This package is complete as it stands. If you'd also like someone looking after the people and the timings on the day, Audrey's coordination and MC service can be added as an optional upgrade at either of two levels.

Preparations to Evening Celebration
Final preparations and before guest arrival, through the ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast, speeches and room turnaround, into the start of the evening celebration and first-dance readiness, ending at the agreed handover point.
Each combined figure is simply the two services added together. The Full-Day Wedding Experience is complete in its own right from £850 and nothing is removed from it — Audrey's coordination is quoted separately, at whichever level you choose, and is only included when we've confirmed it with you in writing.

The overlap is the point. Two people covering different sides of the same moment is what makes it feel effortless.
Justin can cue the ceremony music to the second. Audrey is the one physically checking the wedding party are lined up, the photographer is in position and the celebrant is ready — then giving Justin the nod.
Justin provides and tests the sound and microphones. Audrey holds the room, quiets the chatter and introduces each speaker properly, so nobody has to tap a glass and hope.
Audrey coordinates the room turnaround and the moment guests move; Justin keeps the music running through it, so the join between day and night is planned rather than improvised.
Audrey Dolan is bookable on her own — useful if you already have a DJ — or added alongside any wedding package, at two levels:
Exact arrival and finish times are agreed in your quotation, and Audrey's coordination is always quoted separately from the DJ packages above.
