Engagement parties
A relaxed early evening that lifts into a proper celebration later on.
Two families meeting properly for the first time need a gentler start. Music sits under conversation while people arrive and eat, a microphone is ready if anyone wants to say a few words, and the floor opens once the room has warmed up.
Anniversary parties
Warm, personal nights built around the songs that actually mean something.
Anniversaries and vow renewals usually span three generations. I plan the set to move between eras rather than parking on one decade, and your original first dance gets announced properly if you want it played again.
Private parties & retirements
Retirements, reunions, house parties and everything that doesn't fit a category.
Smaller rooms, unusual venues and marquees are all fine — the rig is scaled to the space rather than filling it. Tell me the finish time your venue works to and the running order is built backwards from there.
