Information collected

When you send an enquiry, the details you enter — your name, email address, contact number, event date, venue, timings and any message — are collected so that your enquiry can be answered.

How the information is used

Your details are used only to reply to your enquiry, check availability for your date and, if you go ahead, to plan and deliver your booking. They are never sold or shared for marketing.

How long it is kept

Enquiry details are kept for as long as is needed to answer you and, for confirmed bookings, for as long as required for accounting and record-keeping.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in a secure, access-controlled database used only by JMD Entertainments. Only the approved JMD account can view them. Your details are not used for marketing, are not sold, and are not shared with third parties other than where it is necessary to deliver a booking you have agreed to.

Booking administration

If your enquiry proceeds, the details you sent may be transferred into the booking-management system JMD Entertainments uses to run bookings, so that your event can be planned and delivered. Nothing is passed on for marketing purposes.

An enquiry is not a booking

Sending the enquiry form starts a conversation — it does not create a booking, hold a date, or commit you to anything. Any booking is only agreed separately in writing.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You can also object to how it is used or ask for its use to be restricted.
