Two weddings at the same venue can still need different coverage. A useful quote starts with the shape of your day, not a headline number alone.

Earlier arrival, more rooms, ceremony music, dinner and speeches all add time and setup requirements. A later finish is only possible where your venue allows it, and special effects need the venue's approval.
