Enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not book or hold a date. A date is only secured once the booking retainer has been received and the booking has been confirmed in writing on both sides.

Prices shown on this website

Package prices on this site are shown as “from” guide prices. The price for your event depends on the date, timings, location, travel and anything additional you ask for, and is confirmed in a written quote. The written quote and booking confirmation take precedence over any figure shown on these pages.

Booking retainer

A booking retainer of 30% of the agreed booking price is payable to secure your date. The booking retainer is non-refundable.

Balance and payment

For weddings, the remaining 70% balance is due 7 days before the event. Bank transfer is the preferred payment method. For kids’ parties, payment may be made by bank transfer or in cash on the day.

Moving a booking

If you need to move your booking to a different date, the booking retainer may be transferred to the new date, subject to JMD Entertainments being available on that date. The retainer itself remains non-refundable.

Insurance and equipment

JMD Entertainments holds £10 million Public Liability Insurance and uses PAT-tested equipment. Documentation can be sent to your venue on request.

On the day

Access, set-up time, power supply, safe operating space and finish times are agreed with you and your venue in advance of the event.
