Add-ons & extras
Small additions that change the room
Everything below is optional. Tell me what you're considering on your enquiry and it is quoted with your package, so there are no surprises later.
Feature extras — from £100
The additions guests remember
Grouped by the kind of event they suit, because not every extra belongs at every celebration.
Weddings
Dancing on the Clouds
A low cloud of dry ice across the floor for your first dance.
The effect sits low on the floor rather than filling the room, so it photographs well and clears quickly. Your venue needs to be told in advance, as some smoke detectors react to it.
LED LOVE letters
Illuminated freestanding letters as a focal point.
Usually placed behind or beside the dancefloor. They give guests an obvious photo spot and lift a plain function-suite wall.
Fairy light backdrop
A warm curtain of lights behind the top table or dancefloor.
The simplest way to soften a large room. Check with your venue first — a few have their own backdrop already fitted.
Name projection (glass gobo)
Your names or a monogram projected onto a wall or floor.
A custom glass gobo is cut for your names or initials and projected in high definition. It needs a clear surface and a projector position agreed with the venue, so it is worth raising early.
Cold sparkler fountains
Indoor-safe sparkle for a first dance or a headline moment.
Cold spark units run far cooler than traditional pyrotechnics, but they still need written venue approval and a clear floor area. Offered for weddings and corporate events only.
Candy cart
A styled sweet cart for guests through the celebration.
Set up before evening guests arrive and restocked during the night. Offered for weddings, christenings and communions.
Chocolate fountain
A staffed chocolate fountain with fruit and marshmallows.
Available for weddings and corporate events. Pricing is being confirmed, so it is quoted individually with your package rather than shown as a published figure.
Priced individually with your package.
First dance remix or edit
A bespoke edit of your first dance track.
A slow opening that lifts into something upbeat, a shortened version, a clean fade, or a full custom remix. Prepared in advance and sent to you to approve before the day.
Children's & Nerf parties
Popcorn station
Fresh popcorn served through the party.
Offered with children's parties and Nerf parties only, and served at a point in the running order that doesn't interrupt the games.
Juice for the children
Drinks provided and served for the party guests.
Added to children's and Nerf parties so parents have one less thing to carry in. Confirm numbers when you book.
Hotdogs
Hot food served at the break in the party.
Offered with children's parties and Nerf parties, served around the food-and-cake break rather than during the games.
Feature extras start from £100. Final pricing is confirmed once I know your venue, timings and requirements.
Sound & lighting
Choose only what your day needs
Some of these are already included in the larger packages — I'll always tell you if you don't need to pay twice.
Extra dancefloor lighting
More depth and colour on the floor than the standard set-up.
Tasteful dancefloor lighting is included with every package. If the room is large, high-ceilinged or you want a stronger look for photographs, extra fixtures can be added.
Venue uplighting
Warm colour washed around the walls of your room.
Uplighting changes the feel of a function suite more than anything else for the money. Colour is matched to your scheme and set before guests come in.
Ceremony music and sound
Aisle music, signing music and clear speech for your vows.
Included in the Full-Day Wedding Experience and available as an add-on with the other packages where the timings allow.
Drinks reception music
Background music while guests mingle and photographs are taken.
A separate speaker for the reception area so the room never falls silent between the ceremony and the meal.
Additional speaker coverage
Even sound in long, split or awkwardly shaped rooms.
Some venues need more than one sound position so guests at the far end hear speeches clearly. I'll say honestly whether your room needs it.
Extra wireless microphones
For speeches, toasts and announcements.
A wireless microphone is available with every package. A second handheld or a lapel microphone can be added for longer speech sections.
Extended finish time
Where your venue licence allows a later finish.
Confirm the latest finish with your venue first, then tell me on your enquiry so it is quoted correctly from the start.
How extras are quoted
No guesswork, no upselling
Extras depend on the room, the timings and what your package already covers.
1. Tell me the venue
The room decides most of it — ceiling height, layout and where guests will sit.
2. I'll be straight with you
If an extra won't make a real difference on your day, I'll say so rather than quote for it.
3. One clear price
Anything you add is confirmed in writing with your package before you commit.
Tell me what you're picturing
Tell me your date and venue and I’ll come back to you personally with availability and ideas.
